YY410 UL790 Fire Performance Tester for evaluating surface burning characteristics of building materials and photovoltaic cell modules.
Scope of Application
This equipment evaluates roofing materials exposed to simulated exterior building fires, assessing fire resistance at distances of 1.82m, 2.4m and 3.9m to Class AC. Also suitable for testing photovoltaic cell module fire resistance.

Equipment Description
The system consists of an adjustable test platform, non-combustible panel assembly, gas burner, supply fan with air channel, isolation plate, and fire panels. Tests must be conducted in a controlled environment (10-32°C) with all openings closed to prevent external interference.
Before testing, mortar should fill gaps between roof covering material and frame to prevent air/flame passage. Airflow must be calibrated using 1m×1.3m plywood at specified inclination (127mm/300mm).
